21.01.2022 Super excited and shocked.... received a call today from Victor Sports to advise that i was nominated and am a finalist in their Sports trainer of the year award. Im speechless and honored to be nominated, and whoever nominated me a massive Thank you from me. Since i started a few years back, i have dedicated my time to giving the best that i can. At the end of the day im a winner. The smiles, trust and gratitude i get from those i help is reward in itself.

20.01.2022 Super excited to be apart of the first women's tackle team in the CRL with the Bomaderry Swamp Rats as the teams Sports Trainer. Cant wait for the season to start.

20.01.2022 Today was a quiet day with only the u15's playing at home. So travelled down to support the u13's, who showed their skill winning 52 - 0. Well done to both teams. Picture is me with the U13s Bomaderry Swamp Rats team.

19.01.2022 Today i had the opportunity to help out the crew at BaiMed Physiotherapy as the Sports Trainer for the Northern District Tigers AFL club. My first ever AFL game. With the sun shining was a great afternoon of footy even if i didnt understand the game.

19.01.2022 Had a busy day at the Bomaderry Swamp Rats with lots of footy played from the U12's to the Ladies Tackle team. Certainly worked hard today and hope that the players i helped are resting and recover quickly. Now i get to put my feet up and recoup too.

11.01.2022 Well footy season has began. Two weeks and two Ambulances. Fingers crossed it isnt the start of a weekly tradition. Was great to get back into the swing of things, applying first aid, strapping and also answering questions and giving advice to other volunteers through sport. I get alot of questions as to whats wrong, how do i fix it ect. I am no way a physiotherapist. Ive learnt alot through working with them, and can also highly recommend one. Including sending through ref...errals if needed. Im available to strap for prevention and aid in supporting comeback from injury as dirrected by your physiotherapist or specialist. If you have any questions regarding injuries, i am happy to help with giving advice on what first aid ect to do prior to medical help. I also sell strapping tape and first aid supplies if needed. 11.01.2022 Well i got the best birthday pressie i could have hoped for today. I was offered a place for 2016 studies at Western Sydney Uni, to complete a bachelor of health science, (sport and exercise science). start feb 21.....

06.01.2022 Well im off to wingdang today for footy with the U13s Swamp Rats. All the best to all teams players coaches umpires referees and volunteers who are partaking in todays sports.
