My clients and I have been on a cleansing program for the past 8 weeks ( which included real food as well as high protein shakes and cleanse days ) Now it’s time to take it to the next level. Today we start 3 days of high protein liquid diet , then once the retreat starts we do 3 days of cleansing / fasting, along with 3 days of nobl...e silence and 8 hours of meditation per day .
