I saw an excerpt of an interview where you said that you didn’t sell a lot in your first 18 months in real estate. What was the thing that turned your results around? Was there a pivotal moment it clicked and you got it? What was it specifically and what did you do differently? I would imagine that you are very systems orientated? What are some of the systems that you use and you swear by? Can you share some examples - What do you do the minute you receive an appraisal - What’s your system? After the appraisal what do you do? Listed - Not Listed - Your mindset - If a potential vendor asks you.... Why should I list with you? What do you tell them? What prospecting/marketing do you do... What’s your number one way to get listings? If you were brand new in real estate, what listing source would you focus on to secure listings? If I picked you up and put you into a brand new state and said you have to succeed in real estate.. What would you do first? What would you say if the advice you have given here today, someone said.. "Yeah but that won’t work in my area!" How do you handle rejection? When you have listings withdraw? Sales fall through? How do you handle it? Leadership question / Business Growth Questions When do you put on a PA? What do you have them do? How do you grow an office successfully? When you lose a listing to another agent and they say its because the other agent was cheaper do you believe that its because you didn't show your value?
