If a wedding is held in a private residence, it will be limited to the members of that household, plus five other attendees, plus staff (ie, Celebrant, photographer). The couple and witnesses are included in the five attendees. Staff can include for example a caterer (however, the caterer is not allowed to hand around food, just be there for preparation in a separate room).

We didn't know much about the legal side of it all and she ensured everything was organised, processed and arranged for us with perfect ease.
