22.01.2022 Rituals during your ceremony? .....not everyone’s cuppa tea but back in May 2019 Brittney and Ryan wanted symbolise the coming together of a loving family with a water ritual at Weddings at Cedar Creek Lodges. Brit was raised on the Murray River, Ryan on the Gold Coast and little Remi was born in Mindil Beach so they collected water from all 3 hometowns and we combined them explaining the significance of this beautiful union. Definitely a twist on the ‘sand ceremony’ but so special just for this sweet family. Always happy to incorporate a ritual that is close to your heart as a couple.

20.01.2022 When I met Paula and James their little boy was nearly ready to meet his parents in person and last night I met the gorgeous 3wk old Tyrese when I married his Mum & Dad in a small ‘legals only’ ceremony. It was short & sweet just as Paula and James wanted with her sister and her husband as their witnesses.

19.01.2022 What an incredible day Lara and Adrian got married! It’s been a roller coaster of a year for everyone but even more so for this beautiful couple as Lara lost her Mum just before her planned wedding so we postponed it to give her the time she needed to grieve. Adrian has been Lara’s rock through such a difficult year and today was the day they became Husband & Wife. Having lost my own Mother over ten years ago I was able to give Lara the support and caring guidance she needed to make her special day truly special. We had a memorial bench with photos of her Mum pictured here and married them underneath her Mum’s gorgeous tree. 16.01.2022 Sweetest family Yes there was hail on the drive into Northshore Harbour and the Rolls Royce Andrea booked cancelled at the last minute, then the Uber didn’t show up so a friend drive her to the venue with time to spare.....nothing was going to dampen Adam & Andrea’s spirits! Andrea was walked down the aisle by her 3 eldest children and she was absolutely glowing. What a picture perfect bride! Still feeling those post ceremony high feels. Thank you Lara for recommending me to your bestie and thank you Andrea and Adam for asking me to marry you.
