23.01.2022 Hey beautiful girls! I hope you’re all coping well during these tough times. I have made the decision to cancel bootcamp indefinitely in order to do the right thing by those vulnerable in our community. To compensate for the temporary close I will post little workouts on line for you. Once I'm allowed I will reopen and start back up. If anyone would like the remainder of their session refunded text me your bank details and I can organise that for you

19.01.2022 Some Tuesday ab torture Remember it only takes 10 minutes but very efficient - take care and modify if any ab separation or pregnancy or weakness. Start with 1 min plank hold knees or toes ... 1 min of oblique cycles 1 minute of mount climbers 1 minute of sit ups 1 minute of reverse press up (bunny hops) 30 seconds of moving side plank L and R side (1 min) 30 seconds of snap jumps 30 sec single or double leg raises 30 sec boat pose hold 30 sec oblique crunches 30 seconds pendulum (legs in table top) 30 seconds Russian twists 1 minute plank (plank tap outs if super keen)

12.01.2022 Ok lovelies.. Time to move Monday.. In the meantime we’ve done so much gardening our once luscious garden looks like a badly shaven poodle.. I got the blame of course.. ... my husband who the hell promoted you from weeder to chief tree trimmer Enough of that.. Get some endorphins pumping 10 x yard sprints 10 x burpees 10 x push ups 10 x commandos 5 x 10 walking lunges 5 x 10 static lunges 5 x 10 split jumps (only if appropriate for you) 5 x 10 squats 5 x 10 squats jumps 20 x sit ups 5 x 20 oblique cycles 5 x 20 mountain climbers 1 minute plank hold That’s a wrap 20 min express workout from the useless gardener - hope they let us free before I have no garden left



11.01.2022 Hey beautiful girls!! I’m very excited about the easing of restrictions! I’m just trying to find out whether the 10 people limit on outdoor Bootcamp’s includes children.. if so we would go over very quickly.. Anyone wish to shed some light please do ?? During this time my work situation has changed slightly and at this stage I’m only able to restart Monday and if I can we could potentially restart Monday 18th (next Monday) The only thing I will get every one to do is register so I know how many are coming

11.01.2022 Hey girls, not sure what to do with tomorrow’s class??? We can go ahead and make sure we space ourselves out outdoors, I will not bring equipment and we would need to make sure kids don’t share bottles or food.. most importantly if you’re not feeling well stay at home.. I will be guided by what you girls think is the right thing to do.. it’s a hard call as Kindy’s and schools are still open.. It’s not hard for us adults to be over the required 1.5 meters away from the next person but the kids won’t understand this of course Is it better to just cancel for now??

STOP what you’re doing right now and do this.. 20 x sit ups ... 30 x push ups 40 x glut bridges 50 x lunges (or split jumps) 60 x mountain climbers 70 x high knees 80 x oblique cycles Perhaps you feel better now? Amazing what exercise can do... those endorphins
