Physio Kate spent last week working in the Continence Clinic in Swan Hill In Western Victoria. Kate will travel to Swan Hill for one week every month for the first half of this year to help them manage their loooong waiting list. Kate will still be working here 3 days per week for the remaining 3 weeks of each month seeing paediatric and pelvic floor patients

However, did you know that coffee can actually have a negative impact on your bladder? Caffeine can irritate the bladder and cause you to go to the toilet more frequently, it can also increase the symptoms of incontinence. So if you're a big coffee drinker, you might want to try and cut down your intake or give decaffeinated coffee a go.
