24.01.2022 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day is equivalent to an antidepressant. Fact.

23.01.2022 Approximately 4 years ago I stated that most sunscreens were dangerous and the mainstream media went on a witch-hunt to ridicule me, even though I said we use n...on toxic sunscreen. It is amazing how things turn around. I wonder what will be next..... Enjoying a sunrise or sunset is actually beneficial, glyphosate will be banned, eating well sourced animal fat and protein is actually healthy, the dietary guidelines have been created to push a religious agenda and promote multi national food companies, cannabis will be decriminalised and we can grow it in our gardens, many pharmaceuticals, including statins are detrimental to long term health, going vegan long term may not be the wisest for long term sustainable health, added toxic fluoride to the water supply is a poison, psychedelic plants may help many with emotional trauma in clinical settings, I could go on about the AMA, the DAA, diabetes Australia, the political agenda, and so on but I won’t in this post ....but stay tuned for more! WE ARE THE MEDICINE AND WE ARE LOVE And the world keeps turning. . Don’t Rub or spray or wash toxic chemicals on your skin/hair or eat food that is sprayed with toxic chemicals or water that has been filled with toxic chemicals. It I s freakin so simple See more

10.01.2022 Give yourself what you need

08.01.2022 If you’re lucky enough to be part of the 1/3 of the population that is able to work from home and you still have a job then it’s important that you ensure a good home setup for your work space. I know it’s hard for a lot of people and we are all doing our best to make it work. Here are a few tips on how to best set your desk up to avoid poor posture and potentially a sore neck or back. 1. Try to keep your feet flat on the floor.... 2. Hips knees and elbows should aim to be at 90 degrees. 3. The top of your screen should be at eye level. 4. If you have more than one screen, use a swivel chair if you have one so you can move your body from one to the other rather than just your neck. 5. Laptops are not ideal as either the screen height will be too low or the keyboard will be too high. 6. Get up and move every 30-45 minutes. Grab a glass of water or do a lap of the house. Our bodies are not designed to sit for long periods of time. Good luck We are still open if you need us.

07.01.2022 So much truth in this. The power of the mind over body.

07.01.2022 Makes sense to me. Such an easy thing to do.

05.01.2022 How good is this! Humans are not designed to sit in the one position for 8 hours a day.

05.01.2022 This made me giggle

01.01.2022 I’m sure you’re all well aware of the current Covid-19 situation and I wanted to reassure my patients that we are taking the matter seriously and putting extra measures in place in order to protect you and myself from contracting it. We already have stringent cleaning and hygiene practices in place and these are being increased. We will not be using towels, all hard surfaces will be wiped down between each patient. Our front door will be left open, if you could kindly wash y...our hands on arrival and place the paper towels in the bin provided. If you are also able to bring your own pen and try to pay with card rather than cash it would be appreciated. I will be wearing gloves and a face mask. I ask that if you have returned from overseas travel in the past 14 days or have been in contact with someone who has a confirmed or unconfirmed case of coronavirus please follow government guidelines and self-isolate. If you are showing any symptoms such as a fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, or feeling like you might be coming down with something please stay away. We appreciate your cooperation during this difficult time. Your health and the health of the community is our priority. Stay kind, stay healthy. Lisa Bould Chiropractic
