23.01.2022 Please get in quick to have your voice heard! Closes 16 September. Wouldn’t it be great to create safe cycling routes to our schools and to our town and local centres? Who better to listen to than the locals who have a sense of what are their frequented places? Have your say on City of the Stirling’s Long Term Cycling Network Plan and help bring the cycling culture back to Stirling.... Follow the link here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CoS_LTCN

14.01.2022 Extremely disappointing to hear we are going backwards on this. We can do better! No child should be disadvantaged according to the postcode where they live. All levels of governments need to step in to ensure equity. Just like a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, our society is only as healthy as its vulnerable. When the vulnerable win we all do.

10.01.2022 There are reasons why other Australian states have banned donations from big developers. Many West Australians believe WA is lagging on this and should follow suit.

10.01.2022 This is diabolical and Australia is one of the worst perpetrators! The landscape of Perth, and the South West, has changed dramatically and some things not for the better. Look around us, we are not building optimal human habitat and as a consequence are robbing future generations of living in a healthy environment. This includes our native wildlife; they have just as much right to occupy our city spaces as we do. Also, it is incredibly disappointing to hear our politicians u...se derogatory terms NIMBYs and the like for describing people who care. It is a foolish person not to want your citizens to take stewardship of where they live. An exemplary leader should instil civic pride and benevolence in their citizens. Unfortunately, we have seen instances where greed clouds good judgement and common sense. That is why I will be standing up for the Rights of Nature and supporting biodiversity in our suburbs. https://www.theguardian.com//humans-exploiting-and-destroy

04.01.2022 The well-being of our children and teenagers is immensely important. Healthy kids become healthy adults. That is why it is essential to look to international best practice to learn what works and what doesn’t. Cycling enables kids social mobility which contributes to their mental and physical health. Congratulations to the Dutch for showing the rest of the world the way.
