25.01.2022 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Thats a wrap for 2019.... We’re grateful for all the opportunities this year Supercell Dance Festival, travel and connecting, selection for pitch sessions at major Performing Arts events, continued lecturing/teaching at QUT, youth dance engagements, new partnerships and last but not least support for our major new work BUNKER. With sincere thanks again for their support to Arts Queensland and Ausdance Queensland,and Australian Dance Coll...ective through their 4 Walls/Space residency. We can’t wait for 2020 new cross art form collaborations, new partnerships and continued development of BUNKER. We are also quietly building a business to have our own venue and to support the development of young artists maybe this year! Last but definitely not least we are grateful to our producers Metro Arts and Jo Twottie Thomas for their endless support and Nathan Sibthorpe, our new favourite collaborator! Happy New Year!! 13.01.2022 Huge thank you to the remarkable artists I've had the pleasure of working with the last few weeks. Zachary Lopez, Hsin-Ju Ely, Michelle Barnett, Jayden Grogan, Guy Webster and last but not least Nathan Sibthorpe! Bunker is our new work in development and we're so very excited about its future after the last few weeks. Thank you also to Arts Queensland, Metro Arts, Ausdance Queensland, Expressions Dance Company and Empire Theatre for making this development possible. We were thrilled to show some of our early stage concepts for The Bunker Project yesterday and wonderful to see so many artists/producers both local, national and international in the room, to share in a great conversation at the very beginnings of this work.
