20.01.2022 My own Art Therapy drawings. When I start these I have no goal in mind except to express what is going on internally. I start with picking up colours of oil pastels I feel drawn to use and let the rest flow naturally. No drawing skill or experience is needed just exploring what the lines and colours are doing until some idea forms in the process.

This is the primordial artist and shaman = the inner child We are just children that got big, serious, and complicated. The child inside still knows how to play This is a deeply profound inner work, making the art. Remember that. Every time you pick up the brush or pen or whatever, you are breaking the spell of this over-rationalising obsessive type of quantity-and-information type mind It really is a healing practice and we need it, our people. Our people = the human species If its hard to turn up, if its hard to make space, if its hard to get to the easel - know this ; its because what you do there is to shift between worlds. You are bringing forth that Child of Life, into the world, that just wants to create. Its no small matter. Love the Inner Child that knows how to wonder, how to dream, and how to learn.

It has been a long journey which started with a plant medicine experience with Bolivian torch cactus. During the experience I saw a swirling vortex of glistening shapes that were moving in a mechanical spinning motion. Like a giant puzzle all concentric circles swirling until they aligned and it opened the portal. This is an ancient portal to infinite love. Social isolation has lead in an increase in people suffering from mental health issues. Seeing a therapist is considered and essential service and is an acceptable reason to leave your home. Art Therapy can be a very beneficial way to help cope at this time. **Please note social distancing rules are adhered to in these sessions and there are facilities for ...washing hands and sanitising** Seeing and Art Therapist is like going to see a psychotherapist or counsellor but instead of only talking to express yourself and uncover meaning a creative expression used as part of the session. A creative expression through an artistic method enables a person to access deeper parts of the mind that the you may not yet be aware of and is extremely beneficial to getting to the heart of the issue. Art Therapy can be used to manage mental health problems like anxiety and depression as well as navigate difficult life circumstances such as the loss of a loved one, divorce, emotional issues, loss of life direction and trauma. Art Therapy can help you gain a better understanding of your current circumstance which may reconcile difficult emotions, promote self awareness, develop social and interpersonal skills, solve problems, reduce anxiety and stress as well as help with self esteem and help find meaning to bring a greater sense of purpose to your life. Art Therapy is an excellent way to find deeper meaning and connect with the subconscious to go deeper into the current issue. The Transpersonal nature of this art therapy also enables the you to connect with spiritual beliefs and encourages the you to explore those meanings and ideas. 02.01.2022 I have very slowly over the last 5 years been working on a deck of cards of sacred geometry and magick symbols. Each card is made using drawing that I then work on digitally. The deck will have Planets, Charkras, Numerology, Elements, Plant medicine molecules and Zodiac. I am a little over half way with creating the images and Im hoping to have all the art completed by the end of 2022. This will be the Moon Card.
