03.01.2022 We came together today with women for women! In the name of my ancestors and my children. I came to represent you, to protest for you and honour you! Acknowledging what patriarchy is and actually trying to understand the system is something really new to me. It makes me think, makes me sick but also makes me stronger. ... Thank you for all powerful women that inspires me specially @amorasoulsista @astrid.serpentine @janehardwickecollings and many others!

02.01.2022 ~ The right message ~ I am in the middle of a 50hr course and today the voices in my head started telling me histories... - this is too much information ... - you don’t have the time - you are tired - you can’t even remember what you learned yesterday Then at the end of the lecture in my book there was this quote and picture. So I am here reminding myself to be kind with my emotions! To honour what and how I am feeling now! To accept that integration takes time and I can take as long as I need. That yes one day I can shake the world , as long as I gently start with myself!
