Saturday - 11/8/18 training from 3pm -5pm at the South Lismore Bowling Club, Wilson St South Lismore next to the Robert White Bridge over the river from the Nimbin Rd. Sunday 12/8/18 Training from 10am-12 midday at the Italo Australian Club Barrow Lane North Lismore. (An affordable Lunch will be put on by the Italo Club). ... Grading’s will be at 1.30-3.30 pm at the same venue. Please Note. For those Grading, training both sessions is compulsory. Training prices ----- $20.00 per session each. 22.01.2022 NSW Competition yesterday!! And competitors and judges came from far and wide. Coolah, Sydney, Brisbane, Rockhampton, Bundaberg and Childers. A very big thank you to Chris from Rockhampton for an outstanding effort working one of the tables, Ben Skennar working the other table along with Les Skennar providing huge technical support. Thanks also to Ben for your efforts during the week leading up to yesterday. It ran smoothly because of you. Thanks also to all who officiated ...and helped out. Of course none of it would have happened without competitors and their supportive families. Good work all. 21.01.2022 Awards time at the NSW Titles for 2017. Congratulations to all competitors and a big thanks to those who travelled hours to participate. Also big thanks for the attending Senseis who brought students and helped on the day with judging.... 20.01.2022 Greetings all. This coming Thursday 5th is our last training day for 2019 due to our normal venue being unavailable for the rest of December. Training resumes on January 7th at South Lismore Bowls Club. Brown and Black Belt training is at Sherwood dojo TSKF Sherwood on Saturday 11 January and is an important full-day training session for 2020. All students are encouraged to attend as many classes at Lismore before then, Tuesdays at the Bowls Club and Thursdays at the Italo Club. Remember, we ask that all students, even if not attempting grading, should participate for their own benefit and to support their fellow students. We hope to see as many of you as possible soon. On Sunday 25 August we have Hirata Sensei taking training and gradings at the Lismore Italo club. The training session commences at 10 am (9.30 for administration, warming and stretching), and 1.30 to 3.30 for gradings. The morning session is essential for doing the afternoon session. On Monday, Hirata Sensei will take training at the South Lismore Bowls Club, 5.15 pm for 5.30 sta...rt. Train as best you can in the meantime, concentrating on accuracy, strength, breathing and intent. Strive to be able to give that extra effort for Sensei !! Oss. See more

13.01.2022 The 8th TSKFA/ISKFA National Championships in South Australia ended last week with our dojo head instructor, Ian Harris (Harry) Sensei grading to 7th Dan. 08.01.2022 Greetings all. Training continues at the Italo Club on Thursdays, however the Tuesday sessions at the South Lismore Bowls club have been suspended for about a month. In the mean time, you are encouraged to maintain home training; kihon and kata are easy to add into your daily routine. Maybe pick your favourite kata, and after practising it many times, pick out the moves you need to work on more and train them more. Keep well and healthy. Oss. See you all soon.

05.01.2022 A panel grading will be held at The Lismore Italo-Australia Club on Thursday 15, which is next week. Grading will commence at 5.00 for 5.30 pm. Those attending are encouraged to be there between 4 pm and 5 pm to do some extra training in readiness for grading. Oss.

05.01.2022 Greetings all. Four weeks from now!! There will be training and gradings at the Italo Club in Lismore on Saturday 13 March held by Harry Sensei and Steve Sensei TSKF Sherwood. Training commences at 9 am. Registration and preparation for training - stretching etc - starts at 8.30 am. Be ready for 9am start. All students attending are asked to make payments and registration through their dojo heads to make registration run smoothly. Remember to bring your current TSKF AUSTRALI...A registration card. Gradings are to commence after lunch. For those grading, you must also attend the morning session. For those not grading, you are encouraged to participate to help and encourage your fellow students. 03.01.2022 NSW Titles is fast approaching - training November 3 and competition November 4. Do you have a motor-home, caravan, tent or swag? If so you are welcome to Sensei Harry's expanse of lawn at Corndale from Friday to Sunday morning (please contact Harry Sensei to confirm) remembering that Saturday afternoon is party time with water sporting for children available. After Friday night training, dinner at reasonable cost is available at the Italo Club. Also on Saturday at 12... noon, lunch for around $10 will be available at the club. Remember on Saturday to have your TSKF membership card. Must have!! We start on Saturday at 8am. Judges on the day may be expected to rotate as table officials. This session is a must-be-there for all students from Lismore, TSKF Bangalow Karate, Kyogle and Woodenbong. The training is at the Italo-Australia Club, Barrow Lane, Lismore, 5 pm for 5.30 pm start.
