17.01.2022 Great training sessions this evening. Both the juniors and the seniors trained like champions and put in some hard work. Junior kickboxing will take a break over the school holidays and will start back Wednesday the 27th of April. Have a great break everyone and I look forward to seeing you all back next term. Senior kickboxing will run as normal.

16.01.2022 Lismore PCYC is now running Junior Kickboxing classes. Great for fun, fitness and confidence. Ages 7 to 13, Monday and Wednesday 4.00pm until 5.00pm. These classes are non contact and focus on building good technique and fitness in a fun and friendly environment. The price is $6 a session or $10 a week with a $10 annual PCYC membership.

07.01.2022 Howdy Kickboxers! Big things happening here, regular classes have recommenced and we also have THREE NEW CLASSES! We are adding a Friday lunchtime class to our regular classes. It will run 12 noon until 2:00pm. Anyone is welcome, beginner to advanced. If you only have an hour on your lunch break you're welcome to come at any point in the two hours. That starts this Friday the 12th of Feb. Monday, the 15th of Feb, we kick off our Junior Kickboxing class! The class will focus o...n fun, fitness and technique. There will be NO sparring or contact in this class. Ages 7 to 12. There will be fun martial arts games, technique development and some fitness drills, aimed at developing confidence and discipline in a safe environment. Junior Kickboxing will run 4:00pm until 5:00pm Mondays and Wednesdays. All PCYC Lismore instructors have current Working With Children Checks and are accredited with the Martial Arts Industry Association. http://maia.com.au/, See more
