21.01.2022 We had a customer come in complaining about a scraping noise. This balljoint is meant to have no movement at all and was moments away from causing serious damage and could have been fatal if it let go whilst driving. Previous mechanics didn’t pick up on any play in the suspension. We always check the suspension and steering thoroughly every service and rego check to ensure the safety of our customers.
