With every regatta... hosted in NSW, there are numerous Rowers, Coxswains, Coaches, Officials, Volunteers, Mothers and Supporters who put in an incredible amount of work in the background to keep this sport going. So, this weekend across the #RiverviewGoldCup, #CDRAChamps and #LeichhardtRowingClubRegatta, we wish all the women from every level of the sport the very best day and weekend. You are #Oarsome! 08.01.2022 Red Letter Day. This morning, paddling before work - yes it was cold - we saw a PLATYPUS. Up past Robert White bridge, on the inside edge of Too Hard Corner. It was swimming around on the surface for ages. Only the second one I've ever seen on the river in all these years of paddling!
