21.01.2022 ***News Flash **** Samsonites ... we thought you'd love to take part in the Samson's Sister event the Darrel Chapman Fun Run. Rather than postponing this year’s event due to COVID-19 restrictions, Our Kids have taken the Darrel Chapman Fun Run Virtual.... We would love you to take part and support this Iconic event and help raise funds for a humidicrib. This year you will have the choice to walk,run, cycle .. one of the following : Our Kids 4km, Lord’s Taverners 10km, Lismore Masters 21km ....or Southern Cross University Marathon!!! To register: 1. Log on and register, https://darrelchapman.com 2. Fundraise or not, it’s your choice, however the funds raised will go towards a humidicrib for Special Care Nursery 3. Share and encourage others to join you 4. Train and post pics of your training in the FB Group 5. Head out during the last week of August, enjoy your walk ... run ... cycle ... all in the name of Our Kids. 6. Lastly don’t forget to join the Facebook group and post pics of your training, your running buddies and you, doing the event so we can cheer you on. We know this year this event will look different but with your support we can still make a difference to lives of so many babies Thank you for cheering us on

11.01.2022 ***** NEWSFLASH ******* The SAMSON 2021 is going ahead!!! Who's keen??? We are excited to be able to host the Lismore Samson Fitness Challenge on March 5-6.... Ps 100 days til the Samson ... start training We have made adjustments to the Samson to be in line with current restrictions. At this stage the following changes have been implemented: There are only a maximum of 100 teams at this stage..so please once registrations are open get your team, registered and paid; the first 100 paid teams will be prioritised. At this stage there will be no spectators allowed at the event until further restrictions are lifted Each team will be able to nominate and register one support person, who will be allowed on the oval to encourage and support the team The Samson and Samson Solo will be going ahead. At this stage, Teen Spirit and Samson Kids are not able to go ahead, and there will be changes to the afterparty, however this may change as restrictions change Registrations will be opened on December 18. Keep an eye on the Samson Facebook Page to keep up to date with the 2021 SAMSON
