01.01.2022 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Senior and Reserves Men’s and Senior Women’s Coaches for 2021 season The Lismore Swans Australian Football Club would like to invite expressions of interest for coaches for the 2021 season. ... We are looking to fill Head Coach roles for Senior Men’s, Reserve Men’s and Senior Women’s. To be successful in this role: Coaching Accreditation - Willingness to obtain a minimum Level 1 Coaching Certificate by completing online learning (to be completed every year) Ability to obtain a Working with Childrens Check Knowledge of Australian Rules strategy and tactic Ability to work with team dynamics to develop effective relationships Collaborate with the committee and other coaches to align training and game strategy to positive outcomes Create clear pathways for developing players Conduct post match reviews Shortlisted applicants will be required to participate in an interview with a panel of committee members.
