16.01.2022 Thank you to Deloitte Consulting, Brisbane for the opportunity to talk about the work of the Literacy Foundation for Children and for their generous donation of $5,000 to support our work. One in five children struggle to learn to read fluently and write because of a learning disability. With no specific government funding or policy, the cost of these programs can be out of reach for some families, meaning these children may miss out on getting the help they need to learn to read. The vision of our Foundation is to build a brighter future for children with learning disabilities.
