17.01.2022 BALTIC MARKET BACK ON Sunday 29 November 2020, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm The event will operate under a Covid-Safe plan and will be subject to any further SA Governmen...t Covid-19 announcements. Numbers will be restricted so it was suggested that stall holders try and limit the number of helpers. There will be no meals available and it is hoped this will keep restricted attendance numbers moving through on the day. The bar, however, will be open for drinks to be consumed seated. 14.01.2022 Some of you might not be aware that a stalwart of the Adelaide Lithuanian Community has died. Maryte Neverauskiene was 92 years old. For many years, we would find her at Adelaide Lithuanian House after she had attended Sunday Mass at Lithuanian Catholic Centre, St Peters. Maryte was always doing something in our library or museum, frequently both. She often guided visitors through our museum. She was also very involved in Lithuanian Scouting activity with all her family espe...cially when her children were younger. She has already been missed in the past few years when she and the team of senior women 'retired' from library work at Lithuanian House and so learning of her passing is particularly sad. We will all remember her devotion to family, her cleverness, dedication to Lithuanian community activities and wonderful sense of humour. **Her funeral is on Monday 25 March, 11.45am, Mawson Chapel, Centennial Park .
