18.01.2022 Fun Sunday practice on zoom with @davidswensonashtanga and @yoganrg_mindfulness_training @tammy_yoga_nrg for a hip opening series! . I have to admit not my most favourite of poses but definitely needed! I spend so much time sitting at work and driving to and from work that I have noticed the older I get the more soreness/stiffness I experience in the hips. Definitely worth getting in and moving the joints and muscles through asana practice and in ways I haven’t tried before. .... David’s talk on Life, Love and Living was really interesting too. 08.01.2022 I have so much to be thankful for! If it wasn’t for my little community out West I don’t know if I would’ve been introduced to Yoga as early as I did or to the wonderful people in my life. That wonderful person who first told me about yoga & taught me what she knew was Colleen. A mother, grandmother, wife, cattle property owner, hard working woman, she loved her family, friends and sharing her passion for yoga with her community. I’m forever grateful to have met Colleen and to have called her a friend. She ignited in me a passion that I’ve never felt before and I truly believe I have found my purpose in life. RIP beautiful Colleen and thank you for reminding me of our journey together
