24.01.2022 In a year when many of us have faced challenges we’re more likely than ever to hear No, I’m not OK. This is why the team at Little Bees Rosebery particated for a second year and not only had a day of awareness and Sharing the new handy resources, but also had a centre wide fundraiser with everyone getting involved. Learn how to listen, help them find support and better ways to manage the load, and how to check in and stay connected at www.ruok.org.au

16.01.2022 Little Bees believes that learning about ANZAC Day helps young children to understand the life and times of Australia and its people. By building the young children’s understandings about the traditions, facts and folklore of ANZAC Day, the many real life stories of sacrifices and heroism of everyday Australians will not be lost, but be handed down to future generations.

13.01.2022 Today was an opportunity to thank and show appreciation to the amazing and dedicated team that we like to call family at Little Bees Rosebery. The families and management really showed their thanks and brought so many happy tears to us all in a tough year. Recognising the remarkable talent, creativity and dedication of early educators across the country, Australia is celebrating Early Childhood Educators’ Day. COVID-19 has turned the world upside down and in its wake, early... childhood centres have stepped-up to the challenge, adapted and delivered innovative solutions to support the wellbeing and education of young children, their families and their communities. All the while educators are unable to use PPE, social distancing or a have a professional role that can be done from home. Thank you to you all x #LoveMyECE #EarlyChildhoodEducatorsDay See more

06.01.2022 Celebrating National Science week at Little Bees with lots of opportunities to experience and explore experimental play and test things out. Young children, particularly learn best through hands-on science, or simply doing. Why not try some science fun at home ? https://www.sciencefun.org/kidszone/experiments/ Because children are naturally very curious and love to experiment, the years of early childhood provide a perfect opportunity to help kids develop a love for learning and especially a love for science. By providing plenty of opportunities for your children to experience things in a hands-on way, you will encourage and increase their curiosity and soon everything they encounter will become an important science investigation!

06.01.2022 On our pathway towards reconciliation, Sorry Day on 26 May is an important moment to remember the past policies of forced child removal. Here, we reflect on the sad and painful history of the Stolen Generations and recognise moments of resilience, healing and the power of saying Sorry. As early childhood educators We are committed and continously reflective on ways to educate our current and next generation of Australian children of the history and pay our respects of our people everyday.
