25.01.2022 Learning about insects. Children learnt by picking and looking at each insects toy. Later, the children went through insects book and match each insects toy with the insects picture in the book. Children reflect their experiences and identifed which of the insects they have seen in real life. This experience links to outcome 4 as children showed their curiousity, persistence, enquiry, connecting with their real life experiences and continuosly involved learners.... 25.01.2022 Shapes tracing and drawing activity. Children identified and reflect their learning on shapes during this activity. They developed their pencil holding grip during this experience as they draw the shapes. This experience links to outcome 4 as children are confident and involved learners and Outcome 3.2 as children developed their pencil holding skill during the experience.... Principal: Ongoing learning and reflective practice as children reflect their knowledge on shapes and identify them. 15.01.2022 Playing with little bricks blocks.. The children developed their fine motor skills and hand and eye coordination through this experience. While building the bricks blocks, children also identified the colours of the blocks. Children developed their problem solving skills too through this play. Thisactivity links to outcome 3.2 and 4.

14.01.2022 Children reflect their knowledge on numbers prior to commencing this experience. Children accept the new challenge on writing the numbers by referring the numbers paper on the table. Children did very well on this learning as they showed curiosity and enthusiasm while learning to write the numbers by themselves with my guidance. 10.01.2022 Learning to identify alphabet while placing them randomly.. Om has expressed his constant interest during this experience.. he was placing each alphabet letter in order and I was constantly involved by telling him which of the alphabet letter he is placing to the row.. This experience links to outcome 3.2 as Om is using his fine motor skills while sorting the magnatic alphabet blocks and outcome 4 as Om is confident and involved learner. Principle: physical environment the resources were attractive to the child. Practice: intentional teaching as the educators is involved in teaching alphabet letters to the child.

06.01.2022 Children extending their learning on insects. Children created the garden on playdough, children discussed with each other about insects and why they stay in the garden. According to them insects stays in the garden because they need big space to run.
