This gift consisted of a hollow black box (yes, made out of chocolate) filled with panned chocolates, supplied with a mini genuine working hammer to smash it open! 03.01.2022 Chocolate dragées (pronounced drazh-AY) is a sweet consisting of a centre covered with a coating, such as chocolate or sugar. These dragees are created by the centres tumbling in a panning machine, and melted chocolate drizzled in slowly to create fine layers of chocolate around the centers. This medley includes a blend of our favorites - mini malts, caramelised macadamias, cranberry bites and ruby puffs.
