25.01.2022 This little traveller is getting ready to head on an overseas trip to Virginia in the USA. She just needs another similar outfit and she’s ready to go.

24.01.2022 Another 2 rooms of my mouse mansion. I need to add more. When looking at my rooms I like the viewer to spot new things each time they have a peek, like hidden little treasures, so I prefer my rooms to look just like home, mostly in constant disarray. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

23.01.2022 Finished my little house. This one will be a part of a diorama I’m about to start on. The roof flips open.

22.01.2022 Going through all my puppets. I’m planning to sell some. This one is stocking sculptured. He has a thin stick protruding from the back of his head and 2 more at his elbows. This allowed me to give him ‘life’. I used him to entertain at retirement homes. He is a favourite.

22.01.2022 A beach house in the making.

21.01.2022 This little fellow with his fedora hat and jacket will be heading to America when finished. I need to add his sunglasses.

20.01.2022 Room in a shoe box.

19.01.2022 These fabric creatures are on my work table at present. They have wire armature, and are made from old fabrics sourced from my ever diminishing stash. I would love to work with some vintage fabrics but they are becoming difficult to find. If any on my local friends have any small scrappy pieces of older fabrics let me know please.

19.01.2022 A wool felt house. The roof flips open and will safely hold a little mouse or two. All hand sewn and embroidered.

16.01.2022 Rockabilly mouse order.

16.01.2022 This little bird is hand sewn from linen. Her collage is carefully cut from vintage tablecloth. The collage consists of 4 Australian flowers, the Spider Orchid, Wattle, Kangaroo Paw and the blue flower is Leschenaultia. Her beak is air dried clay. I’ll add her to my Feathered Fabric Collection.

15.01.2022 Not quite finished, I think a little felt boat is in order.

12.01.2022 Sleepy baby ready for bed.

12.01.2022 Now I lay me down to sleep

09.01.2022 On my work table this week is another addition to my Fabric Feathers Collection.

08.01.2022 Bath time in my mouse mansion. My mouse mansion has taken a backseat while I’ve been working on orders but I hope to start work on it again tomorrow.

06.01.2022 I am designing another house. I complete one house at a time and enjoy the lengthy process immensely. Every colour choice is carefully considered as i delve into my box of pure wool felt and marvel at its quality. I loose myself in the stitching process and find myself again in the finished product. For me both are equally important but the process of bringing the pieces together is most rewarding.

06.01.2022 Two more happy chappys bound for N.S.W.

06.01.2022 The third in an order of 3 mice headed to Philadelphia.

06.01.2022 The craft room. My mouse mansion is made from small cardboard boxes, lined with paper or fabric. It is presently 5 stories high. I use sticks to add strength, but it is light weight and can be moved about in sections. I hope to eventually have it on display at various events so children (of all ages) can enjoy it, and imagine building their own.

05.01.2022 This little felt house is heading to Philadelphia.

04.01.2022 This little one left for USA a few days ago. She seems quite pleased with herself.

03.01.2022 Ever get the feeling you’re being watched?

03.01.2022 This little mouse is rocking her new outfit. both her coat and dress are removable. Love working on new orders.

03.01.2022 Home Sweet Home
