16.01.2022 Our sun flowers We have been growing our very own sun flower plants. The children have created their very own pots, out of recycle yogurt containers and had the opportunity to decorate their recycle pots.... Over the past few weeks, the children have been caring for their sun flowers by watering their plants and we have started to see change. The seeds have sprouted and have developed tiny leaves on the stems. The children are excited to see change happening and can not wait to see our sun flowers bloom

14.01.2022 Body tracing activity - Full body portrait. Yesterday I got the children to lie down on butcher paper, and strike a pose of their choice. Trace their body with a marker. The children had the opportunity to use a variety of paint colours to decorate their own body. ... The children had so much fun, creating their Full Body Portrait.

12.01.2022 Yesterday the children and I went to play group at Bright futures and we had the opportunity to be apart of "World Read Aloud Day". Our Playleader, Fran had a very special storytime with the children this morning. Reading aloud every day is proven to put children ahead by 1 year, no matter their background. To encourage the children to read and love books at Little Kinders, we have story time everyday Providing the children the opportunity to develop language skills, impr...ove vocabulary exercises the brain, improves concentration skills, teaches the children about the world around them and encourage thrist for knowledge. Today book is "Little Snappers Splish Splash Pop-up Fun", exploring under the sea with the children. #lovereading#
