03.01.2022 For as long as I can remember I have had to battle with depression and the anxiety that is so often in tow. Unfortunately it translated to me hiding away and losing alot of my creative flow. My macrame fell victim to that. I've since learnt how my physical health was sabotaging my mental health. By finding a gut healing weight loss program thanks to a beautiful friend I have since dropped more than 20kgs and gained my happiness and health back. I'm so thankful to my loving family and the unending support of friends.
