Well be making Glow in the dark slime putty, Super Sprout heads that will sprout chia sprouts that you can eat, and weve got a new batch of treasure blocks on the shelf as well! On top of that you can make a Fathers Day Card FREE with every paid activity. See you in the Kid Zone at Plant 4 Bowden :-)
25.01.2022 Dear Customers. The bad news is that we won't be there on Saturday as we will be at Science Alive with our Bugs n Slugs. The good news is that the lovely Angela from ButterflyBloom will keep kids zone open on our behalf. Ange is our neighbouring stall holder on Saturdays who makes the gorgeous paper flowers so please pop in and say hi. It only costs $5 to make a flower! We feel so lucky to be a part of the Plant 4 Bowden family. Every one gets along so well and supports one another. Yay for that! We'll be back as usual next week <3

23.01.2022 Thank you so much to all the people who have been asking about and booking for our school holiday programs at plant 4. Sun catchers tomorrow is fully booked and so is Hatch your own stick insect on Wednesday. Due to the high demand for places we have opened up another session of Hatch your own stick insects on Friday at 3 pm but you will need to be quick as there are already quite a few people on the wait list. We still have spots left for Venus Fly Traps and Foil Art this week. To find all our sessions go to www.stickytickets.com.au and search for bugs n slugs and all our sessions should come up. 23.01.2022 Hear ye! Hear ye! We are excited to announce that the lovely Ella and Astrid from Blip Art School will be returning to Kid Zone at Plant 4 Bowden very soon. The feedback from our customers was so good that weve invited the girls back to do more. Watch this space to find out what Blip will be offering up in their next round of fantastic workshops, exclusive to Kids At Plant 4 Bowden.
22.01.2022 Due to another commitment, Kid Zone will be closed on Saturday. We'll be there as usual Friday and Sunday and on Saturday we'll leave out the bubbles, the toys, and the colouring table. We were thrilled that the last time we did this, everything was left neat and tidy - You guys rock xx

Please don't put anything in the bubbles except the bubble wands and please pack up the toys and pencils when your children have finished because the cleaning up fairy is on holiday. xx

19.01.2022 Thanks to all our lovely customers for being patient with our hit and miss attendance while we were running our Bugs n Slugs Butterfly House at the Royal Show. Thanks also to everyone who came to visit us and enjoy the butterflies. We are happy to let you know that we are armed with a new batch of treasure blocks and have resumed our usual Kid Zone hours. 19.01.2022 In order to comply with the current COVID directives we have made the difficult decision to close kid zone for the time being. We understand how important it is that we stand together to knock this new outbreak on the head. Here's hoping for a quick resolution. We are doing this under our Bugs n Slugs banner but we will be incorporating ALL your favourite Kid Zone At Plant 4 Bowden activities in our home delivery service. Yes its TRUE! Being in lock down doesnt mean you have to miss out on TREASURE BLOCKS or any of our other cool recycled, bespoke crafty activities!! 11.01.2022 It’s the news you’ve all been waiting for... We’re back. We’ll be open regularly on Wed and Friday from 4.30 - 8pm and Sat from 10 till 2. We often extend our hours of operation when the joint is jumping or there are special markets and events so keep your eye on our page for updates. You can find us in our new space at the end of the west mezzanine next to the best Pizza in town. Activities start at $5 and we have all our favourites along with an ever changing array of creative fun. Go easy on us... we’re still testing the waters and I daresay our new set up and our new space will need some tweaking. Can’t wait to see you PS pretty soon we’ll be launching our Plant 4 Kids Parties so hold on to your party hats!!
10.01.2022 PLEASE SHARE :-) Its been a while between treasure blocks and James and I are missing all our lovely families. While weve been in lockdown weve been working hard with our great friends Plant 4 Bowden to rebuild and relocate Kid Zone. Yep! We now have our own room with doors and everything! We are pretty excited because, among other things, it means we will be able to improve and expand our services to you. We are not quite ready for a grand opening as there are still a few things to iron out HOWEVER... we are offering some pretty cool holiday activities. You can find these in the Events section. 10.01.2022 Kids in the Zone. My favourite thing about kids zone is watching our regular customers become fast friends. We extend encouragement and inclusitivioty to all the young people who spend time in Kid Zone and watching them do the same to one another just floats my boat and fills my heart. <3 these guys :-)

Including craft ideas so please check us out. Some of the craft is available in kits that we can home deliver. We also have treasure blocks available for home delivery ($35 for 5 treasure blocks, including delivery and a digging tool, additional digging tools are $2 each). Happy lockdown lovelies xx

07.01.2022 Happy Times! Our Kids Zone now has a permanent home at the Plant 4 Bowden Market. You can find us upstairs on the West Mezzanine Wed 4 - 8, Fri 5 - 8.30 and Sat 10 - 3. We have lots of cool stuff for kids to do so come and check us out. Kids Zone is coordinated by the busy folk from Bugs n Slugs and we try to be there whenever the Market is open but its not always possible. In the event that Kids Zone is closed, we will post on this page to keep you up to date.

03.01.2022 Charlie and Harvey LOVED watching their butterfly chrysalis hatch and then releasing it into their garden. These special chrysalis terrariums are available to order and can be collected from Kid Zone.
