02.01.2022 Try to just let things be and not put extra pressure on yourself. It's pretty normal to feel less motivated while being cooped up at home like we all are. My best advice is to sit in the sun for 20 mins a day. Try to get some exercise in even if its walking on the spot for at least 20 mins a day.... Try to limit the amount of sugar and white four products that you consume. Do this yourself and have the rest of your family do it and these few things will help to keep everyone's mental health from going down. See the above things as essential every day and anything else you get done is a bonus but no big deal if you don't.
