22.01.2022 Last week, the children in Jr Kindy honoured Remembrance Day through role play and joint collaboration with their peers. With a full Army uniform available to explore, the Educators invited the children to investigate each of the items before having the opportunity to try them on. Through collaborative discussions, the children were also able to extend upon their knowledge of the army through sharing Ideas, knowledge and experiences.... 04.01.2022 Last week in Pre- Kindergarten, The children were offered the opportunity to engage in an emotions learning experiences. Through discussion the children explored a range of different emotions and identified what those emotions may look like before trying their hand at drawing a self-portrait expressing how they were feeling. Through this experience the following Outcomes were achieved: Outcome 1.1.6 Openly express their feelings and ideas in their interactions with others...
