24.01.2022 Happy Easter to all of our beautiful families

24.01.2022 Dear Families, With so much unrest and unease going on at the moment, people losing their jobs or self-isolating in the best interests of their family and community, I am asking you to PLEASE, DO NOT end your child’s enrolment with us. There are a number of things in place from the government to help families and stop centres from going bankrupt ONLY if your child stays enrolled.... If you or your partner has lost their job or had your wages cut, you can go onto your MyGov page and apply for "TEMPORARY FINANCIAL HARDSHIP". This is an application so that the government will pay your full amount of childcare feel for up to 13 weeks. No out of pocket fees to yourselves. If parents apply for this instead of cancelling enrolments, they are not out of pocket and this will enable our centres to pay our rent, wages to our beautiful staff etc. Which will mean, when it is all said and done, and this crisis is over with, you will have a centre to return your beautiful children to. Please consider this, as it will make all the difference to our little services. Should you have any questions, please contact your Centre Manager who will be able to assist you. Kind Regards, Liz and Tony Young and Linda Manford Owners and General Manager

19.01.2022 To our families, We hope you are staying safe and have made the most of this unexpected situation. So far the hard lock down will be lifted at 6pm tonight and schools are to re-open next week. Which means we will return to operating as normal, we will be taking precautions to keep everyone safe this includes. One person to drop off and pick up child in the centre (this includes children who are not enrolled in care to wait in the foyer other adults to wait in the car) ...Everyone over the age of 12 must wear a mask whilst on the premises. Temperature Checks will happen through out the morning and afternoons. If your child is unwell and showing signs or symptoms they are to be kept at home and seek medical attention. We are just so appreciative of your understanding and patience at this unexpected times, we look forward to returning to some normality next week. *if anything does happen we will let you know ASAP.

07.01.2022 Dear Families If you received Child Care Subsidy (CCS) for 2018-19, you must confirm your income with Centrelink. This includes CCS paid directly to you and CCS paid on your behalf to a child care provider. Most parents have already confirmed their income, but if you haven’t, do it now.... If you don’t confirm your 2018-19 income by 30 June 2020, your CCS will stop from 13 July 2020. To confirm your income with Centrelink, you and your partner need to either: lodge your tax returns with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) complete an ‘Advise non-lodgement of tax return’ with Centrelink, if you don’t need to lodge a tax return. You complete the ‘Advise non-lodgement of tax return’ in your Centrelink online account through myGov or your Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. If you’ve already confirmed your family income for 2018-19, there’s nothing else you need to do. Find out more about Child Care Subsidy on the Services Australia website.
