25.01.2022 Well this classroom looks a little different to any I have seen! Not an "Anne" (or similar) in sight so I guess improvisation is key... https://www.facebook.com/drugbook2/posts/1581731871877732
24.01.2022 What a great way to teach young children basics on how the human body works! https://www.facebook.com/lovewhatreallymatters/posts/1257298390959223
22.01.2022 Thank you for your support! Recently I have moved to Virginia, USA with my family and it looks like this stay might be extended. The original aim was to keep things going in a virtual sense however I am rather distracted the USA is an exciting place to explore, my toddlers are now teens and I am taking advantage of the time I have to study in a new field. I’m loving this new lifestyle and what USA has to offer whilst we are here. By far, my proudest professional achievem...ent is starting Little Aid from humble beginnings in Melbourne with two toddlers, a teddy bear and an idea. Nervous to start as nobody had offered mobile paediatric first aid training before, I was prepared for not being successful. I was beyond thrilled when the clientele grew quickly, as was my little family. I am keeping this page open as it’s a good platform to share relevant stories, articles and pieces of advice. Upon returning to Melbourne in 1-2 years with a new degree, Little Aid may change direction so for now it has been decided to close down the website and all links to it. I urge you all to continue learning what to do in the event of an emergency. You’re in good hands as there is so much information and many reputable providers out there now! I have nothing but fond memories of the past nearly-a-decade of running Little Aid and love the fact that I think back on it and smile. I’m looking forward to what the future has to offer. From the bottom of my heart, and that of my family, thank you all for your support! Sincerely, Michelle Fiddian x
21.01.2022 Such an important message that shouldn't be overlooked - please keep this in mind if you call 000 and get put through to non-emergency, each case is carefully reviewed and dispatched accordingly.
21.01.2022 I think first aid training should be available for ALL parents, pool or no pool. Kids get up to mischief very quickly & I will never forget hearing the utter anguish in a parents voice when things go wrong (often despite best efforts to keep their little ones safe!) Free first aid training Stay tuned... https://www.facebook.com/7NewsPerth/videos/10154342057534072/

16.01.2022 This is why it's so important to teach children how to use emergency lines appropriately. Well done to this little girl! (Note that Australia's emergency number is 000)
15.01.2022 My beautiful home city. I was in two minds whether or not to post this. But under such sad circumstances, one I cannot even find the words for, this perspective is just as important as mourning together for such loss. Please receive in the intention it has been posted. Much love and sincere condolences to the loved ones involved with this terrible event. Michelle x... https://www.facebook.com/henry.dow.7/posts/10206664344280908

11.01.2022 <3 FEBRILE CONVULSIONS <3 1 in 30. That means if it's not your little one, you're likely to know someone to go through having to know what to do. More information on febrile convulsions can be found in First Year First Aid - Book and by doing a Little Aid CPR course where this is a standard topic - not because it's linked to needing CPR, rather as a 'bonus' topic that we feel every parent and carer should know! Sign up today! Michelle x... https://courses.littleaid.com.au/course/cpr-and-choking/
