25.01.2022 For NAIDOC week we created a hands on experience that embraced the land and the sea to engage and discuss with our children the importance of looking after our land. ‘Always was, Always will be’ this theme for 2020 recognises the first Nations people that occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years. This is what we see everyday and how we acknowledge this with our children as part of our practice. ... #planetpositive #theirwayisourway

21.01.2022 'Lest we forget, Remembering and honouring our heroes.' We joined our local community today to remember those heroes who fought for our freedom. We met with some of our community heroes and placed poppies at the RSL memorial. Such a special moment for both these heroes and our children to share together. #theirwayisourway #localcommunity #leadbyexample

20.01.2022 It was a time for celebration last week with our Kindy children preparing for School! We had an amazing afternoon holding a graduating ceremony for them, complete with a hat toss at the end! The children are an extension of our family and we wish them all the best, though they didn't get to start today as planned, we know they will be just as excited to start next week and we can't wait for them to start their new adventure!... Our families that are our family, thank you for letting us be part of their journey and joining us to celebrate your amazing children!

16.01.2022 Ranger Red Zoo! We loved it! We spent the day visiting the animals and learnt all about how animals can become extinct. We discussed their food preferences and how we can look after them and the world around them!

10.01.2022 'Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much!' - Helen Keller The Child and Parent Centre - Calista began an amazing initiative in light of the lockdown we have all experienced, they had their mascot Karrak out yesterday handing out packs to families to encourage them to read and interact with their children over this time. We were so excited to donate some resources and be part of something so special and close to our hearts! Keep up the amazing work An Ne and team you are inspiring the whole community around you and we love being part of it!

10.01.2022 Smooth Transitions! Our Centre Manager Alexis has played a big part in creating relationships with our local schools and their playgroup programs for children going to school. Recently we attended playgroup at Medina Primary School to start preparing Saffyre for her move to big school, we have so much fun exploring her new environment with her and she is getting very excited for next year!... #bettertogether #theirwayisourway #OurCommunityMatter
