24.01.2022 Afternoon pawrents! I’m just awaiting more news about reopening dates before I take anymore bookings. Depending on the easing restrictions will determine if I can come out mobile or will have to continue at the salon but I should have appointments available for grooming from next week *please note I am not taking enquires, I will just be putting up a post when I have appointments and you will need to call me to secure a spot so WATCH THIS SPACE.

After a few very busy weeks of moving house I have finally settled down and am getting back into my routine. 16.01.2022 Miss Pixie, before going to her new home as an 8 week old pup her breeder decided to wash and groom her incorrectly, unfortunately scarred her first grooming experience. When she first came to me 3 years ago she was so timid and could barely touch her with water, any attempt to clip her body was useless and sadly couldn’t go near her face without her trying to protect herself and nip.. Her beautiful mother followed me from my places of work to keep the relationship up that I ...had built with Pixie. Everytime I had Pixie in the salon I would just push that little bit extra to achieve something new with her. Yesterday I was finally happy enough with my work to take a photo of her, from a terrified little pup in 2017 who you could barely bath or turn the clippers on near to a gorgeous big girl now that I can complete the whole grooming process and make look adorable! Persistence and patience does pay off as a groomer

I can still continue to pamper your puppies however will be needing to up my precautions again; - 1.5 meter distance... - EFTPOS ONLY - No approaching my trailer - Dog must been handing on a lead If you believe you’ve come into contact or are being tested yourselves please get in contact to reschedule your appointment. Any client who doesn’t follow the precautions above will be charged and the groom will be stopped immediately. Let’s smash this 6 weeks out and get back to life

It’s now been confirmed AFTER groomers have told their clients that the only groomers allow to work from the 28th are big chain stores and shop fronts. After a crazy Christmas and some time off for New Years I am back and super excited to get back to grooming, hopefully this can be the new fresh start we all need and we can leave 2020 in the past where it belongs! 10.01.2022 HI ALL What great news! I know lockdown has been super hard but it really has been for the best so we should all be proud of ourselves! Due to some personal reasons I will be staying at the salon for one further weekend and do have some grooming spots available for this Friday and Saturday. I will be back mobile from Tuesday the 27th and some appointments available from that week.... Please know us groomers are working together to have grooming recognised as animal welfare and to have us re-opened. 09.01.2022 Sadly I have to announce that due to the new COVID-19 lockdown I have to shut my trailer doors for 6 weeks. I’m sincerely apologetic to the clients who have bookings within these next 6 weeks, I will be contacting you will individually and making sure you’re re-booked once I can work again. 06.01.2022 Little Big Grooming Clients PLEASE READ Firstly I would like to thank each and every one of you for supporting my business and for putting your trust in my hands with your fur babies. I thoroughly enjoy my job and the look on your faces when I bring your clean pup back to you!... Here are a few things to keep in mind when booking with me! ; When your appointment is coming up you will receive a text reminder. If at all it slips your mind when your next booking is please don’t hesitate to get in contact. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give more than 24 hours notice as that will allow me time to re-book that spot. There will be a $25 fee in incidents where 24 hour notice is not given or if nobody is home at the time of the booking. There is also a fee for heavily matted dogs starting from $10. Unfortunately skin irritation or rashes may occur after we have cut out any matting, of which the liability falls on the owner. So the best way to prevent matting is regular brushing at home or more frequent grooms. Feel free to ask me the best way to brush your dogs coat between visits! Dogs with fleas will be given a flea rinse at the charge of $10, this covers the flea shampoo and the extra cleaning required to ensure there are no fleas left to contaminate the trailer. If your dog has any medical issues or requires a special shampoo (I.e sensitive) please let me know before the groom starts. Thanks again, Gemma

01.01.2022 Hi all Thank you for all your patience and understanding with me during this time! This has been one big nightmare. I have grooming appointments from the 16th of October and very limited bath/Deshed appointments from the 2nd of October as I have an experienced bather with me. (Due to the crate space in the salon I’m not able to take bookings of more than 1 big dog at a time, if you have more than one you are welcome to book them in separately)...
