21.01.2022 We love seeing the kids learning how to spell their name and recognise the letters. He loves pointing out 'O' and 'A' but he goes quiet with the other letters. That's how he was when he skipped the number 3. Today was the first time he counted 1 to 10. So proud!! That's after only ever counting 1, 2 and skipping the rest. It makes me believe he already knows the letters to his name. I think he's just building up the confidence! What is your kid doing right now that you're absolutely chuffed about?

I had to get creative and look through the cupboards. I found rose flavoured tea I received as a bonbonnierre gift at a wedding. It was perfect! Sent from Aus all the way to France. The koala hung out with us for a long time in lock down while we waited for things to get better. 03.01.2022 Spencer has moved out of his cot and into his new bed recently. Spot our Wombat Name Plaque! He's also welcomed a new baby brother and is learning to use the toilet. A lot of changes for this little one. Big kudos to his mama!! I love keeping up to date with @tribeofwuwu because I feel like that's me in the future, perhaps only 2 months away. 02.01.2022 Juggling life with two! I must admit, I'm enjoying a newborn this time around so much more. Alina has been easy to manage so far and Jordan has been pretty good giving her space (somewhat) and giving her lots of kisses. The downsides at the moment are...she always knows when I'm about to eat! Food is nice and hot, set on the table, I'm just about to sit down and then she cries! How do they know? ... And Jordan is just a little over two now. You know what that means, terrible two's! He isn't too bad overall, but on certain days he is super sensitive. He will have a fit and cry hard for nearly an hour wanting things and then not wanting them and just crying for no apparent reason. I think he doesn't know how to process his emotions and so he just chucks a fit. Nothing calms him down when he gets like this. Someone help! What do you do when your little one goes nuts?

01.01.2022 They grow up so quickly! I'm sure Maggie has shot right up since this photo and my baby girl is already 4.5 months old. How do we lose track of time? Next thing I know, I'll be planning her 1 year party. I've been waiting for our new house to complete building so that I can hang up our very own family ruler but I don't think I can wait till then. We are only just about to demolish and the kids will have grown too much in that time.
