12.01.2022 Little Billy Cart was due in early March, however a world pandemic put a slight pause on her arrival. Unpacking her yesterday was very exciting. Exactly one year in the planning. Everything is massive learning curve - building a food truck overseas, licences, liaising with shipping companies, understanding Australian vehicle standards in trailers - which is the most boring 44 page document one will ever read, as well as lot of OMG moments at 3am!
