24.01.2022 On a day where in my sleepy state I somehow scratched my face up with my own nail and was super shocked to find a nice cut with decent line of blood on my chin as I went to shower, I really needed to believe this Not that it’s possible to be that unco that you can scratch your own face up (I totally knew that was possible) but that it’s possible that today won’t be all blood, unco moments and things not going to plan That today (after some deep breaths and coffee), will b...e filled with possibilities that might shock me in a good way! So I really just hope that none of you woke up to a cut up face this morning and that you truly do believe that today anything is possible! 06.01.2022 I hear people say that Valentine’s day is just commercial and they don’t need a reminder to love. (To those people, if you are loving thoughtfully everyday and making special effort for your person that is amazing and I’m so happy to hear that How lucky are they!) But for those that get busy, where life seems to get in the way and days pass where you barely acknowledge your person, let alone love them fully - take this day (even if it’s the one everyone else is using) to ...remind you how much the people in your world truly mean. Acknowledge that. It doesn’t have to be grand, it doesn’t need to be expensive, but it may cost you. You may need to spend some time. It might be a simple note, a chore you don’t normally complete or a flower from the garden. Don’t make it about expense make it about love. Also, remember that Valentines day doesn’t just have to be about romantic love it can be about any kind of connection where you want someone else to know how much you value and appreciate them in your world. 04.01.2022 I can’t believe it’s already Father’s day (especially because on some level I feel like it’s still April!). To celebrate this year, show Dad some love with these indoor message pots If you think he did a pretty good job growing you, give him the chance to grow something else, while reminding him of how grateful you are for his role in your growth.
