16.01.2022 Chocolate drages (pronounced drazh-AY) is a sweet consisting of a centre covered with a coating, such as chocolate or sugar. These dragees are created by the centres tumbling in a panning machine, and melted chocolate drizzled in slowly to create fine layers of chocolate around the centers. This medley includes a blend of our favorites - mini malts, caramelised macadamias, cranberry bites and ruby puffs.
