14.01.2022 Don't forget sourdoughs are avIlable Saturday morning. Either for delivery through our online shop or the factory shop at Wyong. These are some great ideas on options you can do with them.

13.01.2022 Are you after your cheese hit for the weekend? Our online shop if full and so is the factory shop. If you order online before 1.30pm your order will be delivered this afternoon / evening. We have all the sourdoughs, eggs and milk updated as well.

12.01.2022 We are at Morisset Showground at the Farm & Fork Markets. If you can not make it here, don't forget the shop is open 10am till 4pm everyday!

11.01.2022 After receiving a one star review on Google, we would like to remind everyone that we are open. We still do tastings! We still treat you like our guest! Covid-19 has restricted us to only one group of not more than 6 people at a time in our shop. If there are people in our shop, we will ask you to wait outside untill the group inside finishes. We recommend not leaving your spot as when more people turn up, your wait will be even longer. Please be patient with us, as we are trying to get everyone in, without being rude and chasing people out of the shop.

08.01.2022 Third year in a row! Champion Non-bovine product of NSW! We picked up 4 golds 6 silvers and a champion. We only entered 10 cheeses and all won a medal. We are so proud. The champion was our goat fetta. The last two years it was the garlic and dill mainated one, this year our Aussie Bush marinated picked up the champion. Our BBQ cheese (Haloumi) was the highest scoring haloumi in the competition.
