14.01.2022 Happy Friday all you egg delicious people out there. I just thought I would share a little family history, some of you may not know that my mother was very very French, being born in Saint Germain en laye, 19 km from the centre of a Paris, and my father was born in Alexandria in Egypt, I was born on a farm in Birregurra in Victoria, I was the youngest of 7 kids, we were very lucky to have such an amazing multi cultural family and up bringing, travelling back and forth fr...om Australia, Switzerland and France, speaking both French and English, which has turned into Frenglish, when we can’t remember the words in English we say them In French and we we can’t find the words in French we say them in English. Anyhow one of my favourite breakfast when I was a little girl was called Oeuf a la coque, translated to Soft boiled eggs with soldiers, how lucky am I now, I have 1350 very happy ladies who supply me with delicious fresh eggs every single day so I can feed my adiction without leaving the farm, thank you ladies, I hope all you eggs delicious peeps out there are enjoying our delicious eggs just like I am. Have an amazing weekend, enjoy being able travel our fabulous state and keep safe. 1350 hugs from our ladies. Plus a couple more from Steve and I. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx etc etc See more

11.01.2022 Hello from Bernadette, our backpacking lady, who went on a huge journey with Jenny, some of you may remember her story, if not you will have to either scroll down our Facebook page or check out our web page to catch up on her adventures. Anyhow, Jen left Bernadette with her trusted friend Kim in Kindred Tasmania as she couldn’t take her to New Zealand with her, Kim has been Taking good care of her for Jen and sent through some photos for us to share with you.

08.01.2022 Good morning all you egg delicious peeps out there, just a quickie to let you know that all the ladies are well and safe after the storm yesterday, she was pretty wild here on the farm, we had one tree down over our boundary fence which our wonderful neighbour cleared so he could get to work, thank you Chris and Tash, and the nesting boxes didn’t open in one of the caravans, so we lost a lot of eggs on the ground as the ladies could get in to lay In there until Steve fixed the problem. Looking forward to another day in Paradise after the Storm. Cheers for now Noelle and Steve

04.01.2022 Just have to share this one, we got a phone call last night from a lovely lady who lives in Bullsbrook, she sad that she had given 10 of our ladies their forever home a few months back, and they are the best hens she has ever had, super friendly and they follow her around the garden , anyhow she had lost our phone number and decided to drive all the way back to our farm In Dewars Pool which is quiet a hike from Bullsbrook hoping to buy 10 more ladies from us. Due to our bio... security we lock our gates, but that didn’t deter her to leave some absolutely delicious scones and a lovely message tied to our gate, when we spoke to her after dark we raced up to the front gate and there they were tied to the gate. Needless to say she will be on top of the list for our next flock to go to their forever homes. And the scones were delicious thank you. Cheers from another day in Paradise. See more
