21.01.2022 As of 1 July this year, the Medium Density Housing Code will apply across NSW after two years of many Council’s deferring it’s application. This means that sites may capable of accommodating duplexes, terrace houses or manor homes (small block of four dwellings) without the need for a Development Application. We’ve been helping land owners and developers understand if their site is compatible with the medium density housing code. If you’d like to investigate the potential of your site, get in touch!
