The premises will provide nine new industrial and food premises between Parramatta and Penrith, generating significant employment opportunities and construction during this difficult time. 21.01.2022 As of 1 July this year, the Medium Density Housing Code will apply across NSW after two years of many Council’s deferring it’s application. This means that sites may capable of accommodating duplexes, terrace houses or manor homes (small block of four dwellings) without the need for a Development Application.
