25.01.2022 Metafit really does build strength! Commitment and dedication will get you the results that you are after. This client has been doing Metafit consistently once a week for a few months now and there was no way she could imagine holding a plank. When she started she couldn't lift her knees off the ground, but every week she pushed herself that little more. It doesn't matter what your weight is or your range of movement, or being unhealthy etc, they are just excuses. Whenever yo...u start something yes you will feel that it's unpleasant but if you don't start you will never know what your body is capable of. Tested my new Mother's Day present a new blender and the consistency of the soup is perfect. Preparing small containers to freeze the soup so I have a healthy quick lunch ready to eat. 05.01.2022 Muesli or Granola??? I'm really not sure what this is when you have everything mixed in it. The kids helped me make the chia pudding with cacao through it. I love my daughters addition of adding pomegranate to the mixture of muesli, chia seeds, almonds, sultanas, sunflower seeds, pepitas, sesame seeds, apricots, puffed quinoa and buckwheat, coconut plus more. Just added some of the kids left over banana from breakfast to add to my breakfast. As we get older and let's face it we aren't getting any younger we need to decrease the risk of injury. Having strong muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons and connective tissue will prevent injury at a later date. Another great benefit is decreasing the risk of osteoporosis by increasing the bone dens...ity and making our bones stronger.
