06.01.2022 Little Genovese is looking for an experienced cook to join our enthusiastic team! The role includes: 5 days per week (36+ hours) NO NIGHTS!!, NO SUNDAYS!!, NO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS!!... The successful applicant must have previous experience and the ability to do the following: * Be a hands on cook in a busy kitchen * Have flair and creativity to create modern seasonal menus - including weekly specials, demonstrating a good understanding of seasonal/available produce and associated costings. * Working in a close knit team * Have great communication skills * Knowledge of current food safety regulations If you are someone who has passion for delivering delicious & creative food then we would love to hear from you!!
