25.01.2022 Hey everyone, this Friday the 9th is our working bee day. It will be from 5 - 7pm. We need to get the venue ready for the start of senior tennis on Saturday. Sausage sizzle and drinks will be provided afterwards and courts will be open for a hit. Please RSVP to the page or to [email protected]. We hope to see you all out there.

25.01.2022 Our AGM is being held next Monday 27th July, 7.00 pm at the main (top) Anembo Park Clubrooms. Great clubs like ours dont just happen. They need lots of people doing just a little bit each to help out. You can help out by coming along, joining the discussion and adding your opinion and votes to the things that matter. We need a minimum number of members to attend in order to reach a quorum. We are asking all senior, night, junior and social players to attend this once-a-year ...meeting that will likely be over in less than an hour. Snacks and drinks provided. Please attend if you can.

22.01.2022 Please note all tennis, coaching, competitions, social tennis and casual court hire have been cancelled for the next 2 weeks as per SA Health directions. We will be monitoring the situation and acting on advice from SA Health and Tennis SA as to when we can re-open. Please note the Book A Court system has also been closed for the next 2 weeks. No access to the courts or the clubrooms are permitted during this time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time.

The club is always keen to have new committee members join to have their say in the running of our fabulous club. In particular, this year we are after a Chocolate Coordinator, Junior Coordinator, Book-A-Court coordinator and maintenance person/s to assist with minor jobs around the venue. ... Clubs like ours dont magically run themselves! If a few people take on these small roles (some of which only require just a few hours per year), it spreads the load. Even if you are unable to take on a role within the club, please attend the AGM to show your support. We look forward to seeing you there!

We currently dont field any mixed doubles teams, but if there were enough players interested in forming a 2 men/2 women team, we could do that!! Singles comps involve best of 3 sets for both singles and doubles, with the third set being a match tiebreaker to 10 points.... Team will be finalised shortly after the 16th March, so please contact Jo Casey before that date to nominate or for more information.

12.01.2022 These amazing group of ladies have been playing tennis at Anembo on a Tuesday morning for almost 3 years and in total they are 631 years old! Not bad for their age. 04.01.2022 There is currently a community consultation out for council plans for Miels Park the Glebe in Littlehampton. There are some concerns re the plan in that it will make it unsafe for netball to remain at Miels Park and some councillors are suggesting the netball club move to Anembo Park. The netball club’s preference is to stay at Miels and that would be our preference as well.
