15.01.2022 Essentially what we've done is taken a classic Hong Kong dish, beef brisket noodles. We've pulled it apart, deconstructed it and reimagined it. Using premium beef short ribs also allows us longer braising times, greater structure and consistency in the meat, and a tastier broth. We've also added a few highlight touches using furikake, conpoy and garlic chips to accentuate certain subtle notes we are looking for. We hope you enjoy our latest creation.
