16.01.2022 Challenge 4 - Family affair Set up 3 stations, dribble / burpee toe touches / goblet squats with a ball. Each person goes to a station. Set a timer, you have 30 seconds to get as many reps as you can on each station before swapping to the next station. Repeat 3 times - therefore that will be three 30second rounds on each station / 9 rounds all up! Don't forget to write your score down! * dribbling through 3 marker is 1 rep. #littlekickersgeelong #morethanjustsoccer

15.01.2022 Challenge 1 - Lockdown 2.0 Dribble & Score Challenge: using your small kicks, dribble the ball and pass it through Mum/Dad, Brother/Sister, Nan/Pop's legs. run around them, then score the goal. We want to see your BEST celebration! ... To kick start the second half of lockdown 2.0 we are excited to introduce 'at home challenges' for your Little Kickers. These challenges will be posted on our socials FaceBook/Instagram and also emailed out to our members. We will be giving away an LKG prize pack every week! All we ask is that you please tag us on socials or email a video of your Little Kickers doing the challenges. Every Sunday afternoon we will then announce the 'winner' of the challenges and we will do a special feature of the winning Kicker on our Facebook and Instagram pages. The prize pack includes - LK ball, set of coloured markers, witches hats and an LK drink bottle. See photo of the prize pack. We will be setting 2 challenges a week, every Monday and Wednesday, you will have until Saturday to send in your vids or tag us on your socials. Your Kicker can do both challenges or pick one, whatever they would like to do! We will then contact the winner every Saturday night. *one winner per week* We can't wait to see all your Kickers doing their challenges!

15.01.2022 Yesterday's announcement was not one that we were hoping to hear. It was a heartbreaking day for all small business owners who find themselves not being able to reopen like ourselves until 23rd November, and that is dependent on if we reach no new cases within a 14 day period statewide. Therefore it makes it incredibly hard to put a date on a reopening. Our hearts go out to any of our members who find themselves in this position and we encourage you to reach out and let us kn...ow if there anything we can do to help. We will continue to keep you all updated on our plans, as the weather is warming up we will look at holding outdoor sessions. Again, the date for this will be dependent on case numbers. As we continue to be guided by the Government, we will then continue to update all our members. We are extremely fortunate to have such an amazing LKG community who have gone above and beyond to support us throughout these times, we are so very grateful for each and every one of you. 12.01.2022 Challenge 3 - Head, shoulders, knees & toes! Challenge - throw the ball up, touch your head, let the ball bounce ONCE then catch the ball. Next you throw the ball up, touch your head and shoulders, let the ball bounce once before catching it. And so on and so on. See who can get to their toes with only once bounce of the ball before catching it! Extra challenge - take the bounce out and just throw and catch. ...
