17.01.2022 YOGA FOR BOYS My girls love doing yoga frequently using our yoga cards from @mindfulmunchkins and @calmer.kids as well as joining Jamie on all of her adventures via @cosmickidsyoga We also listen to meditations every night by Sada on @spotifyaunz - the most incredibly soothing way to end the day! BUT I was wondering...do your BOYS enjoy yoga too? If so, do you do anything differently to make it more engaging for them? Do you need to change the characters or... make it more challenging for them? Have you heard the Sada meditations for boys? I strongly believe that practising gratitude, doing yoga, mindful breathing & meditating with young children gives them a toolbox and special gift they will have and hold on to for the rest of their lives. Slow down - a very important reminder (even to myself), at this fast, crazy, busy yet super exciting time of the year I’m down to my very last of these gorgeous yoga mats which will not be restocked as big changes are coming in 2021! by @wannabe.nomads

11.01.2022 I’m backkkk... Happy Belated 2021 to you all! I’ve been extremely quiet here over the past 3 weeks due to the wonderful holiday season that was. Alec is back at work today as am I after having the most beautiful quality time with our precious family and friends. My personal goals for 2021 are to lead with my heart, trust my intuition, choose fun always, to spend less time scrolling & more time being wholeheartedly present with myself, my family and others. Some of y...ou may remember that towards the end of last year, I announced that there were going to be some huge and exciting changes with @littlemerchants_ All will be revealed sooooon (thanks Covid for the delays )! All of the items that I have in store will not be restocked (apart from the natural baskets), meaning that once all current ‘in stock’ items are sold, they won’t be returning. I wonder if anyone has an inkling of what the changes may be?! Hehe I know so many are begging me to know! In the meantime though, I just wanted to thank you wholeheartedly for your wonderful support! Christmas was sooo busy and for that, I am eternally grateful. But for now... watch this space... 08.01.2022 LOCAL PICKUP Eeekkk ~ 3 sleeps to go... I have two very excited little people who have raced out of their room upon waking every.single.morning since last weekend to tell me how many sleeps are left! Their excitement is SO contagious, I love it!!
