20.01.2022 Self care Sunday- a ritual which I think is a must in everyones diary. It doesnt have to be a Sunday, it can be any day. The point is self care is so desperately needed in todays society, if you dont take time out for yourself you are pretty much headed towards burn out . Whether it be in your personal or professional life one needs to take a breather and literally zone out from reality. Take a minute, read a book , sit in silence, have a cup of by yourself & just listen to nature, have that piece of chocolate without anyone else leaching it off you (for example kids or hubby! ).
