23.01.2022 This music was made by children who attended our workshop at the Footscray Community Arts Centre 'Extreme Arts' school holiday program a few weeks back. Throughout a day-long session, they learnt how to use various analogue synthesisers and drum machines, collaborated with other students to create a graphic score and performed their work. The compositions are inspired by the juxtaposition of natural and electronic soundscapes, and explore moments of consonance and dissonance between the two.
