21.01.2022 Att: Little Rai Families We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy Please read and consider the below information from our sector:... CHILD CARE / ELC INFO - Important message for those who have children enrolled in an early learning or child care centre. DON’T UN-ENROL them to save money. There’s actually financial support you can receive... There is so much uncertainty in the world at the moment and so many people are losing their jobs, please don’t add your child's educators to that list. Talk to your centre/educator first. There are a number of things in place from the government to help families and to stop child care services from going bankrupt but these measures are only helpful if the children STAY ENROLLED. Firstly, if you or your partner has lost their job or had your wages cut, you can go on to your MyGov page and apply for temporary financial hardship. This means that the government may pay your childcare fees in FULL for 13 weeks. The government has also committed to paying the CCS portion of the fees in the event that the services do go in to lock down. What this means for services is that we can keep paying our educators, our rent, etc etc etc. It means that at the end of all of this, there will be services to send your children to. Speak to your Centre Director. Find out your options, BEFORE just pulling your children out. After the wild windy night last night we have some damage in the yard and lots of debris in the carpark and on the lawn, please be careful at drop off this morning. ... 15.01.2022 Little Rai welcomes Shaunna to the Centre this month as our newest member of the Little Rai team. Shaunna come to us with 12 months experience and an enthusiastic passion for early childhood education. Shauna will be working within our 0-2yr room and will focus on delivering sensory activities to enhance motor skills.

14.01.2022 Att: Little Rai Families We are open 23/03/2020 and will remain open unless directed. We will be implementing extra measures to keep our Little Rai team, children and community safe and healthy We are keeping upto date with any announcements from the Department of Education and the Department of Health.... We have enhanced our rigorous cleaning and sanitising efforts of all areas within the Centre. Please read all instructions upon entering the Centre and follow directions as requested by staff. Entry to the Centre is restricted to being via the front door only with staff only access beyond the foyer. Please do not enter the rooms or the outside play areas. We request only one adult enter the centre for drop off and pickup and a team member will meet you in the foyer. Please do not enter the Centre if you are unwell. We ask all our Little Rai families to work with us on implementing these measures to ensure the health and safety of us all. We will update our families as more announcements are made. 03.01.2022 A big Little Rai thank you to all our Families for your support during the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and adjusting to our imposed operational changes. While some restrictions will still be in place we are resuming our full fee service, normal operating hours (8am - 6pm) and meal provisions from 13th July 2020. All Little Rai Families will receive an information letter with further details of the resumption of our full fee service today via email. ...
